BDS Ltd Sponsorship

Our club is now flying 18 new flags in the Scottish blue and white, thanks to a new sponsorship deal with local company BDS Ltd.

Blueprint Design Solutions Ltd (BDS) has agreed a deal with the golf club to replace the old flags and these will be proudly flying
across the golf course from November 12th as part of a wider package which includes BDS sponsorship and signage at Hole 5 as well as at the Clubhouse.

John West, Managing Director of BDS, says, “It is fantastic to see the new blue and white flags proudly flying over the course – 9 blue and 9 white in keeping with the
golfing tradition of different colours for the outward and inward 9 holes. As a non golfer, this wasn’t something that I was aware of when we set off
on this journey with the golf club,but it fits perfectly with our company branding. As a local company, we are committed to giving back where we can,
and investing in local organisations like the golf club. They now join the other local organisations that we work with, including the
Winchburgh Community Growing Group and the Winchburgh Wombles.

We are proud to now be associated with the golf club who do such brilliant work locally, as well as in the wider West Lothian community.
As an Active Assured Accredited Sports Club its dedicated team of coaches and helpers work in schools throughout West Lothian
introducing young people to golf. In addition they have been nationally recognised by Scottish Golf for this as well as the work
they have done in introducing more women to the game.

The Club Captain, John Pritchard added “We are delighted to have BDS join the growing list of local companieswho are working in partnership with us at the Club.
We are one of only a handful of clubs in Scotland to be granted Charitable Status which recognises the work we do in the local community, so we are
delighted that BDS, as a local company have agreed to come on board with this much appreciated new sponsorship package. The new flags look magnificent.

In addition, Anne Leslie, the Council member with responsibility for sponsorship, commented. “This is a perfect fit for the Club. BDS is a local company who specialise
in landscape and maintenance commercial contracts delivering high quality and report driven IT solutions to clients such as Winchburgh Developments Ltd.,Esso and Ross and Liddel.
They look after the green spaces in the new part of the village, while the golf club looks afterand maintains the largest green space in the old part of the village – the old
and the new come together; a reflection of our Winchburgh community”.
