Notes

1. * New members will pay a proportion of the full year subscription based on the date they join after April 1^st. This rate is calculated per months left in the season.
   
2. The full fee will be payable thereafter in subsequent years either in one payment or using terms agreed with the club.
   
3. ** Senior Members are age 65 and over as at January 1^st (Proof of age required).
   
4. Country Members must reside more than 30 miles from Winchburgh.
   
5. Intermediates are within their Age Band as at the January 1^st.
   
6. *** Couples are defined as two adults living at the same address, either married or living as if they are married and regardless of gender or sexuality. Up to 2 Family Juniors (5-17 years) may be added free of charge.  (Junior Coaching not included in Price)
   
7. Payment by instalment: Details of options available upon request to the Treasurer.
   

If paying by instalments and you miss a payment, then the Club expects the full outstanding membership fee to be paid immediately.  Anyone failing to pay within 10 days of a missed payment will be terminated without notification and there will be no refunds of any monies paid.  The Club will seek guidance from SGU for anyone joining another club while still owing fees.
